It administers 16 village committees including Xushi, Xiwu, Beian, Haodun, Zhenqian, Zhentou, Cundun, Fandun, Datian, Dachan, Gaixi, Xiaohuangkeng, Tangke, Wufeng, Tiaoling, and Nancuo, as well as the Xushi Neighborhood Committee.
