The former site of the headquarters of the Second Detachment of the New Fourth Army is a classic red tourism attraction.

The former site of the headquarters of the Second Detachment of the New Fourth Army, commonly known as Shifeng Residence, is located in Longquan Village, Dongxiao Town, Xinluo District, Longyan City, Fujian Province. Built in the late Qing Dynasty, it is a single-story building with three halls and two wing rooms, covering an area of 1,400 square meters. In January 1938, the headquarters and political department of the Second Detachment of the New Fourth Army were stationed here. Tan Zhenlin, Deng Zihui, Zhang Dingcheng, Luo Zhongyi, Wang Jicheng, and others lived here. The backyard retains an anti-Japanese slogan: "Oppose any vacillation or compromise in the war of resistance against Japan, eradicate traitors and pro-Japanese elements, and Trotskyite bandits." Built during the Qing Dynasty, the structure faces west and is oriented east, consisting of a three-courtyard, two-wing-room earthen-wood structure ancestral hall-style single-story building, covering an area of 1,400 square meters. It was the residence of the Chen family. The central axis runs from west to east, including walls, a gray courtyard, the front hall, a patio, the middle hall (main hall), a corridor, the rear hall, and left and right wing rooms. The entire house has six large and small halls, 30 rooms, five corridors, and six patios. The main gate faces south and features a single-eave hip-and-gable roof supported by lifted-beam wooden framing. There is a well on the right side. At the back, there is also a semi-circular stone wall about one meter high. This residence is an important historical witness to the revolutionary activities of Zhang Dingcheng, Deng Zihui, Tan Zhenlin, and others, as well as the establishment of the Second Detachment of the New Fourth Army. In 2001, it was designated as a third batch county-level cultural relics protection unit by the People's Government of Xinluo District.
