The Former Site of the Front Committee of the Fourth Red Army of the Chinese Communist Party is a cultural heritage site protected at the provincial level in Fujian Province and a classic red tourism attraction.

The Former Site of the Front Committee of the Fourth Red Army of the Chinese Communist Party is located in Zhongcheng Subdistrict, Xinluo District, Longyan City. Originally the residence of Wang Mingxuan, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Punishments during the Ming Dynasty's Chongzhen era, it was also known as "Xinqiu Cuo" or "Zhao'an Hall" in the Qing Dynasty, and was renovated in the 34th year of the Guangxu reign (1908). Covering an area of 1,741 square meters, it is a two-courtyard, three-section traditional courtyard building constructed with earth and timber and featuring a post-and-lintel wooden frame. In June 1929, after the Third Red Army of the Chinese Workers' and Peasants' Red Army captured Longyan City, the Front Committee's headquarters were established here. Mao Zedong held investigation meetings here, revised the "Land Struggle Program," issued the June Proclamation of the Fourth Red Army, and guided the work of the Western Fujian Special Committee of the CCP and the Longyan County Committee. Mao Zedong and He Zizhen lived here during this period. It was designated as a cultural heritage site under the protection of Fujian Province in 1991.
