The Site of the Victory Celebration Meeting of Soldiers and Civilians in Longyan County and the Founding Meeting of the County Revolutionary Committee is a cultural relic protection unit in Xinluo District and a classic red tourism attraction.

The Site of the Victory Celebration Meeting of Soldiers and Civilians in Longyan County and the Founding Meeting of the County Revolutionary Committee is located on Heping Road in Longyan City. It was built in 1927 by Chen Guohui, commander of the First Mixed Brigade of the Fujian Provincial Defense Forces. The former site of the victory celebration meeting is situated in the northwest corner of the park and consists of a square covering an area of 4,000 square meters. On June 19, 1929, after the Fourth Red Army captured Longyan City for the third time, the preliminary formation of the Western Fujian Revolutionary Base took place. Over 20,000 soldiers and civilians gathered here—Party representative Mao Zedong and Army Commander Zhu De delivered important speeches. In 1975, it was designated as a county-level cultural relic protection unit.
