The Site of the Second Congress of the Communist Party of China in Western Fujian and the Summer School of the Lenin Normal School in Western Fujian is a cultural heritage site under the protection of Xinluo District and a classic red tourism destination.

Site of the Second Congress of the Communist Party of China in Western Fujian and the Summer School of the Lenin Normal School in Western Fujian: Heping Hall is located within Songtao Primary School in Longyan City, Fujian Province. It was built in 1912 by Du Lianru, a local gentry member from Longyan. The building faces east and has an axis layout that includes, in sequence: a grey-tiled courtyard, the main gate, the front hall, a central courtyard, the rear hall, with side doors on either side of the rear hall. It is a single-story building made of earth and wood, originally covering an area of 1,100 square meters, though only 302 square meters remain today. In 1975, the Longyan County Revolutionary Committee designated it as a county-level cultural heritage site under document (1975) Long Ge Zi No. 157. In June 1930, the Second Congress of the Communist Party of China in Western Fujian was held here, during which Guo Diren was elected as the Secretary of the Special Committee. In July of the same year, the Summer School of the Lenin Normal School in Western Fujian was established here to train primary school teachers from various counties in Western Fujian, marking an important chapter in the history of red education in the Central Soviet Area.
