It faces southwest and is a single-story, single-unit civil-structured building made of earth and wood, rebuilt in 1938. On August 6, 1928, Wang Haiping, the head of the Propaganda Department of the Provisional Provincial Committee, led over 500 members of the Autumn Harvest Uprising armed forces from Taipingli, departing from Tianhou Temple in Xibi, and met with dozens of armed members from Houtian, led by Chen Pinsan, at Wu Gong’an. There, they formulated a plan for the Baizu Uprising, then successfully attacked Baizu via Houtian Village before their assault on Longyan City failed.
