The Site of the Third Meeting of the Central Plains Bureau is a protected cultural heritage site in Anhui Province and a classic red tourism destination.

The Site of the Third Meeting of the Central Plains Bureau is located in Wanyang Village Group, Sanguan Village, Daqiao Town, Dingyuan County, Chuzhou City, dating back to 1939–1940.

In 2019, the Site of the Third Meeting of the Central Plains Bureau was designated as part of the eighth batch of Provincial Cultural Heritage Protection Units by the Anhui Provincial People’s Government.

Daqiao Town: Located 30 kilometers southeast of Dingcheng, Daqiao Town borders Zhangguang Town of Chuzhou to the east and Feidong County to the south, covering a total area of 82.6 square kilometers. The town gets its name from Daqiaoji, an ancient market settlement that derived its name from a large stone bridge built over the Chihe River along the northern street in ancient times, hence the name “Daqiao” (Big Bridge). The town center was relocated to Mengjiagang in 1980. The current Daqiao Town was formed in 2001 through the merger of Daqiao and Yihexiang, and was officially upgraded from a township to a town in April 2007 with approval from higher authorities.
