The Martyrs' Pagoda and Cemetery of Outang is a cultural heritage protection unit of Dingyuan County and a classic red tourism destination.

The Martyrs' Pagoda and Cemetery of Outang is located on Xin Dajie, Outang Town, Dingyuan County. Dating from the modern era, it is categorized as ancient architecture, covering an area of 27,000 square meters. It was among the first batch of cultural heritage protection units in Dingyuan County, with the announcement document number Ding Zheng Zi [1992] No. 37.

Protected Area: outside the surrounding wall foundations — 15 meters to the east, and 20 meters to the west, south, and north.

Construction Control Zone: outside the protected area — 10 meters to the west, and 20 meters to the east, south, and north.
