Ancient Mounds of Yu, Liu, and Huang

Yugudi is located at the eastern end of Yugudi Village, Guangwu Town. The western mound was originally 7 meters high, covering an area of 2,400 square meters, but has now been leveled. The eastern mound was originally 7.5 meters high, with an area of 3,000 square meters. Due to soil excavation, half of it has turned into a pond. A kneeling clay figurine, 0.7 meters tall and uniquely shaped, was unearthed here.

Liugudi is situated 1 kilometer north of Yugudi and 100 meters behind Liuzhai Village. It consists of two mounds, eastern and western. The eastern mound was originally 7 meters high and covered more than 3,000 square meters, but has now become a pond due to soil extraction by residents. The western mound is 7 meters high and, due to long-term erosion by wind and rain as well as human excavation, now covers an area of 880 square meters.

Huanggudi is located 1 kilometer north of Liugudi, 200 meters behind Huanggudi Village in Bingji Township. It also consists of two mounds, eastern and western. The western mound is 7.5 meters high and covers 990 square meters, while the eastern mound is 7.5 meters high and spans 1,170 square meters. Both mounds are well-preserved. On September 14, 1982, with the approval of the county government, Yugudi, Liugudi, and Huanggudi were all designated as county-level key cultural heritage protection units.
