The Lu'an Pihe Water Conservancy Scenic Area is a national AAA-level tourist attraction and a national water conservancy scenic area.

The Lu'an Pihe Water Conservancy Scenic Area is located in Lu'an City, Anhui Province. It is built along the old Pihe River and the urban section of the Pi-Shi-Hang Main Canal (New Pihe River), and is classified as an urban river-lake type water conservancy scenic area, with a planned area of 29.48 square kilometers.

The scenic area features a full range of resource types and abundant resources. With its distinctive riverine landscape as the centerpiece and urban landscaping as the backdrop, it is enriched by profound cultural heritage and local folk customs. The area prominently combines "red" and "green" cultural elements, and its scenic resources are highly diverse and well complementary to one another. In particular, the hydrological landscape boasts long stretches and large scale, offering great potential for the development of water sports. The scenic area enjoys favorable location and transportation conditions, has a sound management organization, comprehensive supporting systems, and high management standards. The development of the scenic area has received strong attention from the leaders of Lu'an City. The local government has invested 4 billion yuan in the development and construction of the scenic area, successfully establishing it as a model livable city and earning the "China Habitat Environment Example Award."
