"An ancient fishing village by the Qiupu River, where timeless charm lives on to this day." Qiupu Fishing Village is also known as "Daughter Village." Historical records say that at the end of the Han Dynasty, Wang Yun passed through the village and found an abandoned baby girl by the roadside. He took her back to Chang’an and raised her as his adopted daughter. Legend has it that she was none other than Diao Chan, one of China’s Four Great Beauties of ancient times. Since then, the name “Daughter Village” has become widely known. Daughter Village still preserves an ancient custom: all girls in the village must bathe in three naturally formed pools located in the valley behind the village. Women who bathe there not only have smooth skin but also emit a natural fragrance.

Qiupu Fishing Village Selenium-rich Hot Springs

Known as the "Spring of Life," these hot springs use underground mineral water rich in over thirty trace elements beneficial to the human body, such as selenium and strontium. While you breathe in the high concentration of negative oxygen ions that cleanse your lungs, you’ll feel relaxed, uplifted, and energized.

The scenic area has channeled and divided the hot spring water into different zones, offering a total of 13 private and public hot spring pools of various sizes. The private hot springs are integrated with hillside hot spring villas, while the public hot springs are situated atop the ruins of Daughter Village and above the Daughter Waterfall, allowing you to soak in the springs while enjoying the view.
