Lin Yuan Ocean Wetland Park is situated along Taiwan Provincial Highway 17, just before turning into Xixi and Gangzui communities by the seaside, at the intersection of Houlu Road and Ban’kuo Road. With convenient transportation, the 6.2-hectare site features a compact yet beautiful wetland connected to the sea. It’s a hidden gem for cyclists, an educational wetland destination for families, and a perfect romantic spot for couples.

Established in the 31st year of the Meiji era, the former Dinginglinzhibian Police Station is the earliest government office set up in the Lin Yuan area. Spanning 1,400 pyeong, the compound includes a Japanese-style administrative building, wooden Japanese-style dormitories, a concrete air-raid shelter, an ancient well, a water tower, old trees, and green spaces—vividly recreating the life of that era. It has also won the Architecture & Building Garden Award.

Lin Yuan Anle Building is one of the most popular IG spots for urban exploration, and gained even more fame after being featured in the Golden Bell Award-winning drama "The Last Dance." Once the most luxurious big restaurant in its heyday, it was requisitioned in 1933 as a Japanese military officers' club. After the war, it resumed operation as a restaurant, later transforming into a Japanese music bar, then briefly into a hotel, but ultimately succumbed to the passage of time and ceased operations—serving as a poignant and bittersweet snapshot of a bygone era.

Qingshuiyan is known as a scenic recreational area featuring the ancient Qingshui Temple and widespread coral reef rock formations. The area’s name “Qingshui” (meaning “clear water”) comes from the naturally flowing springs found underground throughout the region. The park boasts numerous naturally-formed landscapes such as Dragon Coil Cave, Stone Boat, and Stone Taiwan, all set amid lush greenery and accented with bright red bridges, creating a uniquely picturesque scene.
