The Hundred-Zhang Cliff Primeval Forest Adventure Scenic Area combines green mountains, clear waters, unique rocks, waterfalls, and serene valleys. The canyon stretches 3 kilometers in length, with over 30 waterfalls and countless crystal-clear pools. It is flanked by primeval forests and boasts an outstanding ecological environment. In May 2003, traces of South China tigers were discovered here. The Hundred-Zhang Cliff Waterfall at the bottom of the valley is about 100 meters high and 20 meters wide, with a year-round continuous flow that is truly spectacular.

The Hundred-Zhang Cliff Primeval Forest Adventure originates from the Qiu Pu River in Shitai County, located in the deep mountainous areas of southern Anhui (with a forest coverage rate of 87%). The river water is as clear as autumn, and the scenery along both banks is picturesque. The famous Tang Dynasty poet Li Bai visited the Qiu Pu River many times and left behind the widely loved “Seventeen Songs of Qiu Pu,” such as “The pheasant, shy of the green water, dares not reflect its own feathers” and “Thousands of photinia trees, tens of thousands of privet groves,” which vividly depict the beauty of the Qiu Pu River. The rafting section of the Qiu Pu River is especially distinctive: ancient trees line both banks, and the river features rapid currents and thrilling rapids, with sites mentioned by Li Bai such as "Waterwheel Ridge," "Ostrich Bay," and "Fish Weir Dam" all brought to life. Visitors can take bamboo raft rides to follow in the footsteps of the poetic immortal and experience the charm of Tang Dynasty poetry. The rubber raft rafting covers a total of 15 kilometers, passing through 14 thrilling rapids with various-shaped rocks and reefs. Riding the rafts allows you to play in the rapids and surf with enthusiasm. Upon entering the scenic area, visitors can push stone mills and pedal water wheels on the riverbanks, enjoy bamboo tube rice made by Qiu Pu fishermen at the riverside restaurant, have barbecues on the beach, catch fish and play in the river bends, and even go hunting with bows and arrows in the ancient willow woods.
