介绍 位于天津港滨海街新开里居民楼群中，占地0.45公顷。四周粉墙黛顶，园中小桥流水。假山上石龙吐水，石壁镌刻“有龙则灵”。“严秀榭”依苑傍水,飞檐斗拱，壁画彩绘。
