Nanfang Village Guanzha is a cultural relic protection unit of Anhui Province.

Nanfang Village Guanzha faces northeast-southwest. It is an arched sluice gate, 4 meters wide and 6.3 meters long. A north-south village road runs over the sluice. The characters "Guan Zha" are inscribed in relief on the top of the sluice on both the northeast and southwest sides. Originally built to control the water of Baiyang Lake, it was later rendered obsolete after the establishment of the People’s Republic of China when a new sluice was constructed. The sluice is 6 meters high, and both sides are built with rectangular bluestone and granite slabs arranged in a V-shape, standing about 5 meters high. According to local villagers, there used to be an official sluice office and a rest pavilion, both of which have now been completely destroyed.

Protected area: 25 meters east, south, west, and north of the sluice.

Construction control zone: 75 meters east, south, west, and north outside the protected area.

Nanfang Village is located to the south of Sanqiao Town and borders Qinghe Township. It has a total population of 4,320 and a cultivated land area of 3,202 mu. The village currently has five officials in its two committees and 89 Party members. The main sources of income for villagers are farming, animal husbandry, and working or doing business outside the village. In 2010, the per capita net income of villagers was 5,129 yuan, an increase of 8.3% over the previous year. The main sources of collective economic income for the village are the contracting of pearl farming waters at Jixinwei in Baiyang Lake and the leasing of forest farm plantations. In 2010, the total income was 60,000 yuan, an increase of 5% over the previous year.
