On September 22, 2017, the Martyrs' Cemetery Cluster of Lashu Town was designated as part of the seventh batch of municipal-level cultural heritage protection units in Anqing City.

Lashu Town: Lashu Town is situated in the southwest of Huaining County, bordering Qianshan, Taihu, and Wangjiang counties. It covers an area of 94.48 square kilometers and governs 12 administrative villages and 1 community, with a total population of 34,000. The town has 1,972.4 hectares of arable land, featuring fertile soil, a mild and humid climate, and favorable natural conditions for agricultural production. It is a major grain-producing town in Huaining County and is known as the "Granary of Huaining."

Lashu Town enjoys a prominent geographical location and well-developed transportation.
