For nearly ninety years since its founding, Tianjin Rotary Middle School has cultivated batches of professionals and key personnel across various fields, such as Jiang Zhenhuan, an early communist party member in Tianjin and a martyr, the renowned mathematician Shiing-Shen Chern, Professor Tao Baokai from Tsinghua University, Wu Fuheng, President of Shandong University, Jiang Siyi, Vice President of the Academy of Military Science, Li Qing, Deputy Director of the National Bureau of Surveying and Mapping, as well as educators, scholars, writers, famous actors, and athletes widely recognized by society.

Established in 1918, it is the earliest railway middle school founded in China. The school covers an area of 21,282 square meters, with a building area of 11,071 square meters. At the time, two stone buildings—the South and North Buildings—were constructed. The stone structures were designed rationally, built with blue stones, and were grand and magnificent, being the first stone buildings constructed in Tianjin. The South Building is linear in shape and served as the teaching building; the North Building has a mountain-like layout and housed the auditorium, laboratories, etc. It is of brick-and-wood construction, exquisitely built, majestic, and spectacular. The playground features a 200-meter circular track located between the two buildings. The school is equipped with complete facilities, including computer rooms, language labs, physics and chemistry laboratories, lecture halls, a library, and a school history exhibition hall. Tianjin Rotary Middle School has preserved much of its historical original appearance. The existing stone South and North Buildings are the first stone structures built in Tianjin. The South Building is linear in shape and serves as the teaching building; the North Building has a mountain-like layout and houses the auditorium, laboratories, etc. It was exquisitely built, majestic, and spectacular. The playground features a 200-meter circular track situated between the two buildings. The school facilities are comprehensive.
