The entire Drum Tower Commercial Street features Qing-style architecture, covering an area of approximately 200,000 square meters with a total investment of 1.2 billion yuan. The Drum Tower Plaza, centered around the new Drum Tower, measures 81 meters in both length and width and is designed as an open space. It is divided into several sections including South Street (Tianjin Style Street), North Street (Antiques & Jewelry Street), and East Street (Boutique Shopping Street), offering multiple functions such as tourism, shopping, entertainment, exhibitions, and leisure. The street also houses the Tianjin Traditional Folk Museum, which, together with nearby attractions such as the Guangdong Guild Hall, Shangcangmenkou Church, as well as the Food Street, Ancient Culture Street, and Guyi Street, forms a brand-new tourist route that highlights old Tianjin landmarks.
