The Stele of the Yuhang County Government Office is a cultural relic protection unit of Hangzhou City.

Located beside the Shuangsi Highway in Shicun Village, Silinghu Scenic Area, Siling Village. It is now fragmented. Erected in the 14th year of the Republic of China (1925), it was established to resolve conflicts between bamboo rafting and farmland irrigation.

Protective boundary: extending approximately 3 meters outward from the corridor structure on the east, west, and north sides, and following the boundary extension line of the corridor structure on the south side, covering a total area of 516 square meters.

Construction control area: extending to the southern edge of the existing road on the east and north, to the northern bank of the Siling Stream on the south, and approximately 10 meters outward from the protective boundary on the west, covering a total area of 1087 square meters.

Siling Village: Siling Village is located in the western part of Jingshan Town, covering an area of 18 square kilometers. It enjoys convenient transportation, with the Caoya County Road passing through the area. The village boasts rich cultural and natural resources. Notably, it hosts the Tong’an Temple, which is closely associated with Jingshan Temple, the foremost among the Ten Temples of Sacred Mountain. The Siling Reservoir, with an area of 980 acres, serves integrated functions of irrigation, power generation, and drinking water supply, and is a key base for tap water in Yuhang District. The village has 11,664 acres of forested land (including forests and bamboo groves), with a forest coverage rate of 89%. The landscape is painted with swaying pine waves, emerald bamboo, green tea, and clear streams, forming a magical natural scenery.
