Located on the hillside about 200 meters west of the Damingtang area outside Chaoshan Mountain in Yuhang District, Hangzhou City. Wu Changshuo (1844–1927), given name Junqing, courtesy name Changshuo, also known as Fulu, was a native of Anji. He was a Chinese seal carver, calligrapher, and painter. As a representative figure of the Shanghai School of painting, he was the first president of the Xiling Seal Art Society in Hangzhou. He authored the "Fulu Collection." In accordance with his wishes during his lifetime, the tomb was completed in 1932, and his remains were transferred from Shanghai to their current location. The tomb was damaged in the 1960s and restored in 1980. The tomb mound is 2 meters high and 3 meters in diameter. The tombstone is inscribed with eight characters: “Tomb of Mr. Wu Changshuo from Anji,” measuring 1.4 meters in height and 0.65 meters in width. It was rewritten by Zhu Lesan. On the right front side of the tomb stands a pavilion housing a memorial stele that documents his life and achievements. The text was written by Feng E, inscribed by Yu Youren, and features a title seal by Zhang Binglin. At the left front of the tomb platform stands a full-body statue of Wu Changshuo. To the left of the tomb lies the Wu Changshuo Memorial Hall.

Wu Changshuo (August 1, 1844 – November 29, 1927), originally named Jun, also known as Junqing, courtesy name Changshuo, also signed as Cangshi or Cangshi, with many aliases, the most common being Cangshuo, Laocang, Laofou, Kutie, Dalong, Fudaoren, and Shizunzhe. He was a native of Zhangwu Village, Xiaofeng County, Zhejiang Province (now Anji County, Huzhou City). A renowned traditional Chinese painter, calligrapher, and seal carver during the late Qing and early Republican periods, he was a representative of the "Later Shanghai School" and the first president of the Xiling Seal Art Society in Hangzhou. Chaoshan Scenic Area: The planning scope of the Chaoshan Scenic Area Management Committee covers 26 square kilometers, extending east to Provincial Highway 304 (formerly Provincial Highway 09), south to National Highway 320, west to the under-construction Qiushi Expressway Yuhang section, and north to the planned Kangtai Road. The total managed area is 18.685 square kilometers, specifically including five administrative villages under the jurisdiction of Tangqi Town: Chaoshan Village, Taishan Village, Chaoding Village, Dinghe Village, and Dinghe River Village; and two communities under the jurisdiction of Linping Subdistrict: Chenjiamuqiao and Tunli.
