The Stele on the Initial Construction of the Qisheng Shrine in Yuhang County is located within Taiyan Primary School in Tongji Community, Yuhang Subdistrict. Dating back to the Ming Dynasty, it is categorized as a grotto temple and stone carving.

In 2009, it was designated as a municipal-level cultural relics protection unit of Hangzhou.

Protected Area: The space under the eaves of the Minglun Pavilion, covering a total of 136 square meters.

Construction Control Zone: To the east, it extends to the outer line extension of the 2-story building wall approximately 50 meters outside the protected area; to the south, west, and north, it extends to the first row of buildings outside the protected area, covering a total of 6,023 square meters.

Tongji Community: Located to the north of the ancient town of Yuhang, by the Tiaoxi River, Tongji Community stretches from the extended section of Fengshan Road in the east, to Nanhu Pond in the south, Pengyu Highway in the west, and Tongbei Road in the north. It covers an area of 0.54 square kilometers and is part of Yuhang Subdistrict’s old urban area.
