The Stele of the Minglun Hall is a municipal-level cultural relics protection unit of Hangzhou.

The Stele of the Minglun Hall is located within Taiyan Primary School in Tongji Community, Yuhang Subdistrict. Dating back to the Qing Dynasty, it falls under the category of grotto temples and stone carvings.

In 2009, it was designated as a municipal-level cultural relics protection unit of Hangzhou.

Protected area: within the eaves of the Minglun Pavilion, covering a total area of 136 square meters.

Construction control zone: south, west, and north to the first row of buildings outside the protected area, east to the extended exterior wall line of two-story buildings approximately 50 meters beyond the protected area, with a total area of 6,023 square meters.

Tongji Community: Located to the north of the ancient town of Yuhang, by the Tiaoxi River, Tongji Community stretches from the extension of Fengshan Road in the east, to Nanhu Pond in the south, Pengyu Highway in the west, and Tongbei Road in the north. It covers an area of 0.54 square kilometers and is part of the old urban area of Yuhang Subdistrict. The community currently has over 630 square meters of office and activity space, with 3,545 households and a resident population of 7,799 people (2,244 registered households and 5,740 registered residents).
