Zhongshan Bridge

Zhongshan Bridge is a municipal-level cultural heritage site of Hangzhou.

Zhongshan Bridge is located in Wuwang Natural Village, Gouzhuang Village, Liangzhu Subdistrict, also known as the North Bridge. Its original construction date is unknown, but it was renovated during the Republican era, and it is classified as an ancient architectural structure.

In 2009, Zhongshan Bridge was designated as a municipal-level cultural heritage site of Hangzhou City.

The protected area extends approximately 10 meters outside the bridge body (including buildings on the southwest and northwest sides), covering a total area of 1,244 square meters.

The construction control zone: extends about 30 meters eastward from the boundary of the protected area, about 50 meters southward (to the curb line of Tongxin Qiao Road), about 25 meters westward (to the exterior wall line of the building), and about 30 meters northward, covering a total area of 8,699 square meters.

Gouzhuang Village: Gouzhuang Village in Liangzhu Town was formed by merging Wuwang, Shen'gangtang, and Baiyang. It is located on the northern side of Hangzhou City, serving as the southern gateway to Liangzhu Town. National Highway 104 runs through the village, placing it in the urban-rural fringe. The administrative area covers 4 square kilometers, comprising 14 villager groups, 874 farming households, a permanent population of 3,508 people, and over 10,000 migrant residents. The village Party Committee has 7 Party branches and 173 Party members.
