Qikeng Village Ancestral Hall

Qikeng Village Ancestral Hall is a cultural heritage site protected by Hangzhou City.

Qikeng Village Ancestral Hall is located at the entrance of Qikeng Natural Village, Qihu Village, Pingyao Town, adjacent to the east side of Qibai Highway. Dating back to the late Qing Dynasty, it falls under the category of ancient architecture.

In 2013, Qikeng Village Ancestral Hall was designated as a municipal-level cultural heritage site under the protection of Hangzhou City.

Qihu Village: Located in the mountainous area at the northwest end of Pingyao Town, Qihu Village was formed from the merger of Baihe and Qikeng, with 12 villager groups, 400 households, a total population of 1,579, and an overall area of 7 square kilometers. In recent years, Qihu Village has actively promoted new rural construction, earning several honors including National Population and Family Planning Demonstration Village, Provincial Health Village, Municipal Well-Off Construction Demonstration Village, Municipal Civilized Village, District “Five-Good” Village Party Organization, District-Level Ecological Village, District New Rural Construction Four-Star Village, and District Cultural Village.
