Former Residence of Wang Yongquan

The former residence of Wang Yongquan is a protected cultural heritage site of Tianjin Municipality.

The former residence of Wang Yongquan was built in the 1920s as a two-story independent brick-and-wood structure with a basement. The building has a symmetrical floor plan, with a rendered exterior facade. The space between the windows on the outer walls is decorated with square pilasters. Above the main entrance porch, there is a second-floor balcony, and both the balcony and the parapet of the roof are adorned with vase-shaped railings. The walls are also decorated with ornamental patterns. Inside the building, the main entrance door and wooden staircase are exquisitely designed. Within the courtyard of the building, there is a ancestral hall structure that includes a theater stage.
