Announcement Date: March 11, 1963

Located beside the "Little Paradise Garden" on the northern mountainside of Nanping Mountain in Xihu District. Inscribed by Sima Guang, a statesman and historian of the Northern Song Dynasty. It measures 2.21 meters in width and 2.71 meters in height, featuring twelve lines of clerical script with seventeen characters per line, totaling 204 characters, with each character approximately 0.27 meters in size. The content discusses principles of self-cultivation and family governance. Beside it is also the two-character inscription "Qin Tai" (Music Terrace) by Mi Fu, measuring 0.68 meters in width and 1.44 meters in height.
