On June 18, the exciting, fun, and competitive Guomao Real Estate · “Run, Jiangxi!” 2016 First Urban Orienteering Competition will kick off with great energy. The organizing committee stated that this event will showcase more of the beauty and excitement of this national historical and cultural city, which boasts a history of over 2,200 years.
According to the organizing committee, each checkpoint in the competition was recommended by various districts based on their unique characteristics. For example, Donghu District, themed as “Historical Impressions,” includes checkpoints such as Tengwang Pavilion—one of China’s Three Famous Towers—and the August 1st Uprising Memorial Monument, which is filled with red memories. Xihu District focuses on culture, featuring checkpoints like the Rope Golden Pagoda, a treasure of Nanchang; Xiangshan Cultural Square, which frequently hosts public events; a China Telecom service center located at Ruzi Intersection for over ten years; and Guomao Sunshine.
Notably, many of the checkpoints recommended by Honggutan New District, the Dynamic Capital, are iconic landmarks of Nanchang. It is reported that Wall Street Plaza, a dual-core commercial landmark in Honggutan, is also one of the event’s checkpoints. Located at No. 1669 Honggu Middle Avenue in Honggutan New District, Wall Street Plaza is a 140,000-square-meter pure commercial complex developed by Walden Industries (Nanchang) Co., Ltd. and invested in by Hong Kong’s “Kaifoo Group.” It consists of the 50-story, 209-meter Wall Street Plaza 5A-grade office building, a 26-story, 100-meter Sheraton Hotel, and a commercial podium, making it a flagship commercial property in Nanchang’s CBD core area.
Wall Street Plaza has introduced the Sheraton Hotel for the first time, fully meeting office and business needs with ultra-five-star property service consultants. This competition features five distinct themed routes. Participants will be randomly grouped, and the specific route and mystery tasks will only be revealed once the challenge begins. Teams must complete all the mystery tasks to win.
