Hangzhou Bay Seaside Amusement Park is a national AA-level tourist attraction and a national water conservancy scenic area.

Hangzhou Bay Seaside Amusement Park is located 13 km east of the southern bank of the under-construction Hangzhou Bay Cross-sea Bridge. It is currently the largest freshwater reservoir on coastal mudflats in China, with a dam stretching 15 km in total length and a water surface area of 7.4 km². The mudflat enjoys abundant sunshine, fresh air, and vast waters. It has initially developed into a comprehensive scenic tourism area that integrates leisure, entertainment, and catering, all themed around “Reclamation Culture.” It has also been approved by the Ministry of Water Resources as a “National Water Conservancy Scenic Tourism Area.”

So far, various seaside-themed recreational and sightseeing projects have been established on the East Artificial Island, including water fortress fishing, boat and speedboat rides, swimming and surfing, picnicking and barbecuing, sailing and windsurfing, archery for fun, karaoke private rooms, seafood dining, as well as a peacock garden, Miao-Dong scenery garden, and a patriotic education base.

Once the cross-sea bridge is completed, its great length and magnificent architecture will also provide Hangzhou Bay Seaside Amusement Park with a favorable investment environment and bright prospects for development.

Relying on the Sizao Pu Reservoir, Hangzhou Bay Seaside Amusement Park boasts over 10,000 mu of water surface, with islands in the lake and lakes within the islands. It is a key tourism development site in Cixi and currently offers activities such as surfing, swimming, speedboating, boat rides, and fishing. It serves as an ideal destination for leisure vacations, business meetings, and children’s summer camps. This amusement park is a national AA-level scenic tourism area and a water conservancy ministry-level “Water Conservancy Scenic Area.”
