This farm is located in Xinjian Village, Andong Town, 4 kilometers from the Hangzhou Bay Cross-sea Bridge, offering convenient transportation. Established in January 2009, the farm currently has a contiguous planting base of 310 mu, including one 5-mu greenhouse, 80 mu of 8-meter standard greenhouses, and 25 mu of recreational fishing ponds. The farm mainly grows green melons and fruits, grapes, and offers services such as chicken, duck, and grape adoption, along with various seasonal vegetables. Grape products are mainly sold to local and surrounding markets such as Shanghai, with an annual output value of 2 million yuan.

To create an agricultural highlight in the new district, the farm has successfully applied for the Ningbo Modern Agriculture Park Project in 2015, with a total investment of 5.61 million yuan. The construction includes new three-sided concrete channels, cement roads, water and power supply facilities, high-temperature cold storage, production management houses, winter-warm greenhouses, agricultural product display windows, and agricultural Internet of Things, among other production facilities. The goal is to develop it into a top-tier modern agricultural park integrating production, leisure, sightseeing, science education, and more. Currently, the project has completed infrastructure construction such as ditches and road networks, and will advance overall construction after the approval of facility agricultural land. Meanwhile, the farm has introduced multiple new fruit and vegetable varieties from Shouguang City, Shandong Province — known as China’s vegetable capital — and hired highly-paid local agricultural experts to reside on the farm permanently. Combining actual salinized soil improvement, the farm adopts the Shouguang model for management and has achieved initial success. Currently, the new varieties are mainly for leisure picking, including Elizabeth melons, chestnut pumpkins, Dalong long eggplants, colorful peppers, Green Gem and Purple Jade tomatoes. The first batch was harvested successively in early May and has been selling well in supermarkets in the new district and Andong, while also attracting a continuous stream of pickers. These fruits and vegetables feature excellent color and taste, and are priced 20% higher than similar market produce, showing great sales prospects. Among them, the colorful peppers yield over 8,000 jin per mu, with a purchase price set at 8 yuan per jin, achieving a per-mu output value of 64,000 yuan. In the second half of the year, the farm plans to introduce additional autumn and winter varieties for large-scale promotion in conjunction with boutique garden development, striving to create a high-yield, high-efficiency, four-season new model with Andong characteristics.

Xinjian Village: Located in the northern part of Andong Town, Xinjian Village was formed in 2001 through the merger of the former Yuejinjiang and Hangzhouwan villages. It borders Fumin Village to the east, Qitang Highway to the south, Jiangnan Village to the west, and Batang Hengjiang to the north. With Qier San North Street as the main thoroughfare, supplemented by village-level roads running through the entire village, the area enjoys convenient transportation, providing highly favorable conditions for the village's economic development.

The village covers a total area of 3,047 mu, with 10 production teams under its jurisdiction, of which 6 villager groups have been consolidated.
