Lianshidang Scenic Area is a national AA-level tourist attraction, comprising Lianshidang Liu Park (Liuwang Hall, Liu Chengzhong Memorial Hall, Wanghu Tower Park), Liu Gong Pagoda (Jiugong Ancestral Hall), and the Jiangnan Water Town Fishing Culture Museum. It is a renowned domestic tourist destination integrating sightseeing, leisure, vacation, and specialty tourism.
The scenic area’s signature tourism project, the “Net Boat Festival,” has been included in the National Intangible Cultural Heritage List and is hailed as a “living fossil” for studying the history of ancient pestilence. Centered around the Net Boat Festival, Lianshidang Scenic Area offers a distinctive Jiangnan water town tourism experience themed on temple fair culture. It combines various functions such as leisure, sightseeing, festivals, dining, and entertainment to create a unique cultural tourism destination with rich Jiangnan heritage.
