Sixian Bridge is a cultural relic protection unit of Jiaxing City.

Sixian Bridge is located between Nanhu Xingchen Bay Residential Area and Jinxiu Residential Area in Tanghui Subdistrict, Xiuzhou District, Jiaxing. Its construction date is unknown, but an inscription beside the current bridge plaque reads “the 10th year of the Guangxu reign of the Qing Dynasty (1884).” According to records, during the Song Dynasty, there was a grand and lush Sixian Township Temple in Tanghui commemorating Lu Zhi, and in front of the temple stood Sixian Bridge, which was considered one of the scenic highlights of Jiahe. The bridge spans Chesi Port from east to west. It is a three-arch stone slab bridge with railings, measuring 21.31 meters in total length, 2.12 meters in width, and 2.6 meters in height from the bridge bottom to the water surface. The bridge deck consists of four long stone slabs, and the bridge piers are formed by four slabs of stone arranged vertically in parallel. Three lion-shaped baluster pillars still remain on the bridge railing. Both the eastern and western slopes are slightly flared, each featuring 7 and 6 stone steps respectively. The bridge plaque is inscribed with “Reconstructed Sixian Bridge,” and the bridge body is carved with patterns. There are couplets on the northern and southern sides, though they could not be recorded in detail due to the depth of the water. With a long history, elegant shape, and refined craftsmanship, Sixian Bridge is now rare among urban bridges of its kind and holds significant historical and artistic value. It was designated as a municipal-level cultural relic protection unit of Jiaxing in 2010.
