The Pingqiudun Site is a cultural relics protection unit of Zhejiang Province.

The Pingqiudun Site is located in Yungang Village, Dushan Port Town, dating back to the Neolithic Age, and is classified as an ancient site.

On January 23, 1984, the Pingqiudun Site was designated as a cultural relics protection unit of Pinghu City. On January 13, 2017, it was listed as part of the sixth batch of cultural relics protection units of Zhejiang Province.

Dushan Port Town: Situated on the northern shore of Hangzhou Bay, Dushan Port Town covers a total area of 61 square kilometers, with a population of 52,100. It administers 14 administrative villages and 2 neighborhood committees. The town is 90 kilometers east of Shanghai and 130 kilometers west of Hangzhou. The Shanghai-Hangzhou Highway, Shanghai-Hangzhou Bypass, Pinglang Highway, and Duxin Highway intersect in a “three horizontal and one vertical” pattern. It has been recognized as one of China’s first Hundred Star Towns, a Health Town of Zhejiang Province, a Civilized Town at the Jiaxing Municipal Level, and an Advanced Town in the National Campaign Promoting New Marriage and Childbirth Trends.
