Xindai Qingyun Bridge
Xindai Qingyun Bridge is a cultural relic protection unit of Pinghu City.
Xindai Qingyun Bridge is located south of Zhongda Street in Xindai Town. It dates back to the third year of the Qianlong reign during the Qing Dynasty (1738) and is categorized as an ancient architectural structure.
On February 5, 1998, Xindai Qingyun Bridge was designated as a cultural relic protection unit of Pinghu City.
Xindai Town: Xindai Town is situated in the northern part of Zhejiang Province, on the Hangjiahu Plain at the forefront of the Yangtze River Delta and the northern shore of Hangzhou Bay. It serves as the “northern gateway” of Pinghu City. To the northeast, it borders Jinshan District of Shanghai; to the west, it neighbors Jiashan County; to the south, it faces Zhapu Port, a major eastern port, and lies close to the under-construction Hangzhou Bay Cross-sea Bridge. Just a stone’s throw from the international metropolis of Shanghai, the town enjoys convenient transportation and a superior geographical location, making it a small coastal town with great development potential.
