The Lu Family Residence
The Lu Family Residence is a cultural relic protection unit of Pinghu City.
The Lu Family Residence is located at No. 1, Lane 31, North Huancheng Road, Shuidongdai Community, Danghu Subdistrict. It was built in the 24th year of the Republic of China (1935) and is categorized as an important modern historical site and representative building.
On February 10, 2010, the Lu Family Residence was designated as a cultural relic protection unit of Pinghu City.
Shuidongdai Community: Located in the central urban area of Danghu Subdistrict, Pinghu City, the Shuidongdai Community was formed in May 2015 through the merger of the former Wan’anqiao Community and the original Shuidongdai Community. After the merger, it borders East Lake to the east, Jiefang Road and the South City River to the south, Jiashan Pond to the west, and the North City River to the north. The total area covers 1.5 square kilometers, with green space spanning 40,100 square meters. The community has 3,031 households, a population of 8,781, and 1,438 migrant residents. The area features numerous commercial districts, a concentration of businesses, and a well-developed tertiary service industry, with over 2,000 various commercial establishments.
