The Site of Fen’an Bridge is located in the natural village of Fen’an Bridge, Qunfeng Village, Lindai Town. It dates back to the Neolithic Age and is classified as an ancient site.
On June 3, 2011, the Site of Fen’an Bridge was designated as a cultural relic protection unit of Pinghu City.
Lindai Town: Located in the northeastern part of the Hangjiahu Plain, Lindai Town borders Shanghai to the east and faces Hangzhou Bay to the south. It is one of the coastal towns of Pinghu City, Zhejiang Province. Situated approximately 90 kilometers from Shanghai, Hangzhou, and Suzhou respectively, the town enjoys a superior geographical location and convenient land and water transportation. National Highway 320 (Shanghai-Hangzhou) and Provincial Highway 01 (Hangzhou-Jinhua) run across the area, while the Zhapu–Jiashan–Suzhou Expressway, Zhawang Road, and the inland waterway of the Zhapu–Jiashan–Suzhou Canal traverse it longitudinally. The town lies just 5 kilometers south of “the Eastern Great Port” — Zhapu Port, placing it in the golden zone of Shanghai’s economic sphere.
