Liuzhuang Bridge Site
The Liuzhuang Bridge Site is a Pinghu Municipal Cultural Relics Protection Unit.
The Liuzhuang Bridge Site is located in Beiliuzhuang Natural Village, Xinzhuang Village, Lindai Town, dating back to the Neolithic Age and classified as an ancient site.
On June 3, 2011, the Liuzhuang Bridge Site was designated as a Pinghu Municipal Cultural Relics Protection Unit.
Xinzhuang Village: Xinzhuang Village is situated in the western part of Lindai Town, Pinghu City. The Hangpu Expressway runs through the area, and the Zhapu-Jiaxing-Suzhou Waterway passes along the village, providing very convenient land and water transportation as well as a beautiful natural ecological environment. The village covers an area of 5.2 square kilometers, with 5,146 mu of arable land. It currently has 1,049 households and a permanent population of 3,753. It was formed in 2001 through the merger of the former Xinzhuang, Shenjia, and Liuzhuang villages. The village has 11 village cadres, including 1 city-assigned cadre, 2 village-employed cadres, 1 full-time cultural officer, and 1 full-time social security officer.
