Introduction: The Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant is located by Hangzhou Bay in Qianshan Town, 8 kilometers east of Wuyuan Town in Haiyan County. It is China’s first independently designed and built nuclear power plant. Visiting its Nuclear Power Science Museum will be an eye-opening experience. Transportation: Take the Shihang Line bus from Shanghai Jinshan Petrochemical Bus Station or the Angel Branch of Hangzhou East Bus Station to Qianshan Town. There are four daily buses. There are also 22 regular buses daily from Hangzhou East Bus Station to Haiyan County that pass through Qianshan Town.
