"Revisited. Egg Cake" is located in the bustling Yimin Commercial District in Taichung. This seemingly ordinary food truck hides a creative twist. The owner drew inspiration from international street food methods and used a secret recipe to make the cake even softer. The freshly made egg cakes not only have a cute, round shape but are also coated with various sauces that enrich the taste buds.

There are currently five flavors in total: original, custard, chocolate, longan honey, and salted caramel. Customers can freely choose their favorites and combine them into sets of four. For first-timers unsure what to pick, they can simply opt for the “mixed” set and enjoy all four creative egg cake flavors in one go – Upgraded delight for everyone. Not only are the egg cakes down-to-earth, but their price is also set at an affordable 30 NT dollars.

Among the four creative flavors, each has its own fan-favorite. The most popular is the salted caramel – sweet caramel topped with crunchy sea salt, offering the perfect blend of sweet and salty in every bite. The longan honey flavor is sweeter, ideal for those with a sweet tooth.
