The Nitang Temple Ruins are a cultural relic protection unit of Haiyan County.

The Nitang Temple Ruins are located 5 meters southeast of Liubu Bridge in Midangmiao Natural Village, Xinsheng Village, Baibu Town. They date back to the Neolithic Age and are classified as an ancient site.

On January 3, 2003, the Nitang Temple Ruins were designated as a cultural relic protection unit of Haiyan County.

Xinsheng Village: Xinsheng Village is located east of Baibu Town, bordering Xiaotian Village to the south, Chaotong Village to the east, Bailian Village to the west, and Desheng Village to the north. The village enjoys convenient transportation, with the provincial-level Yanhu Highway running through it. The village covers a total area of 3.722 square kilometers, with 3,458 mu of arable land, 20 contracting groups, 769 households, and a total population of 2,451.
