Rebuilding Wanglong Bridge is located in Wanglong Bridge Natural Village, Tongbei Village, Tongyuan Town, dating back to 1927 and categorized as a modern historical site.

On June 11, 2010, Rebuilding Wanglong Bridge was designated as a cultural relic protection unit of Haiyan County.

Tongbei Village: Located to the north of Tongyuan Town, Tongbei Village was formed through the merger of the former Daotang Village and Jiuqugang Village. The village covers an area of 5.2 square kilometers, with 3,580 mu of arable land, 25 contracting groups, 778 households, and a total population of 2,930. The village has established a Party general branch with 93 Party members and two subordinate Party branches. The village leadership team consists of five members. In 2014, the village achieved a total industrial and agricultural output value of 152.43 million yuan, with 930,000 yuan in collective economic disposable income, and an average per capita income of over 18,000 yuan for villagers.
