Tianfeng Haitao Pavilion is located on the Donghaitang seawall near Zhanao Pagoda in Yanguan Town. Built in 1916, it is categorized as a modern-era important historical site and representative architecture.

On February 16, 1982, Tianfeng Haitao Pavilion was designated as a cultural relic protection unit of Haining City.
