With a construction area of 25,000 square meters, the hotel offers 250 guest rooms and suites. It is a high-end business hotel built to four-star standards, integrating leisure, entertainment, and conference facilities.
Recently, Shenzhen Airlines Hotel Management Co., Ltd. has completed market research for the project, engaging in comprehensive communication with the property owner on aspects such as hotel positioning, functional planning and layout, marketing strategy, and operational model, and has provided professional recommendations. Going forward, the hotel management company will deploy specialized teams in engineering, marketing, operations, and other technical fields to the site to provide preliminary on-site technical support.
