Dingqiao Town: A town under the jurisdiction of Haining City. The Dingqiao Commune was established in 1959, converted to a township in 1984, and upgraded to a town in 1985. It covers an area of 31.8 square kilometers with a population of 26,000. The Shanghai–Hangzhou Highway runs across the town. It administers 14 village committees: Qinli, Daofeng, Hongguang, Liangtang, Yixin, Qunhai, Haixing, Luwan, Yongxing, Liansheng, Minli, Qin Feng, Dingqiao, and Qunli.
