The Huashan Site is a cultural heritage protection unit of Haining City.

The Huashan Site is located on Huashan Mountain in Jianshan Village, Jian Shan New District (Huangwan Town), and dates back to the Neolithic Age. It is classified as an ancient site.

On August 11, 2010, the Huashan Site was designated as a cultural heritage protection unit of Haining City.

Jianshan Village: Jianshan Village is situated in the southern part of Huangwan Town, Haining City, bordering Jian Shan New District to the south, the old Provincial Highway 01 to the north, Zhakou Village to the west, and Huangwan Village and Huangwan Town to the east. In June 1999, during the adjustment of administrative village sizes, the original Tuncun West Village and Qunhuan Village were merged to form Jianshan Village. On this basis, in June 2005, the original Jianshan Village and Qunle Village were consolidated to form the current Jianshan Village, with the village office located in the former Qunle Village. After the merger, the total area of the village reached 10.7 square kilometers, with 4,370 mu of arable land and 4,041 mu of forested land.
