Qian Juntao’s Former Residence is located at No. 84 Luzhong Straight Street, Xieqiao Town. Dating back to the Qing Dynasty, it is categorized as an ancient building.
On August 11, 2010, Qian Juntao’s Former Residence was designated as a cultural relic protection unit of Haining City.
Xieqiao Town: Zhudong Village in Xieqiao Town is situated in the western suburbs of Haining City, Zhejiang Province, at the southeastern edge of Xieqiao Town. It borders the (Haining) China Warp Knitting Industrial Park to the east, the Shanghai-Hangzhou Expressway Loop to the south, and is adjacent to Haizhou Subdistrict to the north, featuring a narrow, elongated north-south terrain. The village covers a total area of 3.5 square kilometers, comprising 25 villager groups, 32 natural villages, 980 farming households, and a total population of 3,720. It has a total land area of 5,072 mu, including over 4,500 mu of arable land—3,210 mu of paddy fields, 900 mu of mulberry fields, and 400 mu of dry land.
