The Site of Sicheng is located at Nanyujia Field, Dalin Village, Jian Shan New District (Huangwan Town), and dates back to the Ming Dynasty. It is classified as an ancient site.

On August 11, 2010, the Site of Sicheng was designated as a Haining Municipal Cultural Relics Protection Unit.

Jian Shan New District (Huangwan Town): Huangwan Town is located in the southeastern part of Haining City. To the east it borders Hanshan Town of Haiyan County, to the south it lies adjacent to the reclaimed land of Jian Shan, to the west it connects with Dingqiao Town, and to the north it neighbors Yuanhua Town. It is approximately 125 km east of Shanghai, 70 km west of downtown Hangzhou, 50 km north of downtown Jiaxing, and about 20 km from downtown Haining. The area belongs to the hilly region of the Jian Shan River estuary zone in Haining. The total area of Huangwan Town is 47.5 square kilometers, encompassing seven administrative villages with a total population of 23,697.
