Currently, part of it functions as a warehouse, while office areas have been repurposed as production workshops. Inside the workshop is Machine No. 1, with dense piping overhead. It measures 60.05 meters from north to south and 72.26 meters from east to west. The western section was originally Factory 3 but now houses Factory 1’s building, serving as the workshop for producing capacitor paper. It is a single-story structure with some two-story sections, oriented north-south in a rectangular shape, with blue brick walls. Interior walls are painted white, with cement flooring, and Machine No. 6 is stationed inside the workshop. The building has dense piping both inside and out, measuring 89.64 meters from north to south and 65.6 meters from east to west.
