The Xu Clan Ancestral Hall Complex in Shuinan is a cultural heritage site protected at the provincial level in Zhejiang Province.

After the Xu clan of Shuinan flourished during the Ming Dynasty, they built six ancestral halls in the village, namely the Tenth Branch, Third Branch, Fifth Branch, Sixth Branch, Second Branch, and Eighth Branch Halls, along with one Lianfang Ancestral Hall.

The Xu Clan Ancestral Hall Complex in Shuinan is grand in scale and relatively well-preserved. Each branch hall was meticulously planned in terms of location, layout, materials, and architecture, with aesthetics infused by philosophical ideals such as "retreating to the forest and springs" and "the unity of heaven and man."

It was listed as a cultural heritage site protected at the provincial level in Zhejiang Province in January 2011.

Fuxi Subdistrict: Located south of Tiantai County’s urban area, Fuxi Subdistrict is separated from Chicheng Subdistrict to the north by a river, borders Sanhe Town to the east, neighbors Shifeng Subdistrict and Nanping Township to the west, and adjoins Linhai City to the south. National Highway 104 runs through the subdistrict. It currently governs 40 administrative villages and 4 residential committees, with a total population of nearly 42,000. Shuinan Village, situated in the northwest of the subdistrict, has a population of over 9,000 and is the second-largest natural village in Zhejiang Province. The subdistrict covers a total area of 84.5 square kilometers, including over 11,500 mu of arable land and more than 77,700 mu of forested land.
