Daying Tourist Resort is located at the eastern end of the hundred-li Chang’an Avenue in the capital. It is an ecological health and fitness tourism destination featuring natural scenery tours, eco-farming experiences, and outdoor leisure activities. The resort integrates fruit picking, fishing, entertainment, vacationing, accommodation, and more.

The village features hundred-acre gardens of eucommia, ginkgo, magnolia, plum blossoms, and orchids that remain green all year round and bloom in three seasons. During flowering periods, the vibrant colors create a refreshing and delightful atmosphere, making it an ideal spot for flower viewing, purchasing, and photography. The traditional Beijing-style siheyuan (courtyard houses) are interconnected, offering an elegant and tranquil environment. The resort provides single rooms, suites, restaurants, a fitness center, and meeting rooms, ensuring excellent conditions for leisure, vacation, and business events.

The 12-acre fishpond is home to five or six fish species available for angling. The orchard offers fruits such as nectarine, flat peach, fragrant white apricot, yellow apricot, water plum, black diamond, and red diamond for visitors to pick from mid-July to mid-November at 50 yuan per basket. In addition to fruit picking, visitors can also participate in live chicken-catching activities. Aside from turkeys and peacocks, which are priced according to market rates, other poultry such as black-bone chickens, pheasants, sultan chickens, pearl chickens, and local free-range chickens are available at prices ranging from 18 to 50 yuan each.

The resort’s restaurant can accommodate over 100 diners. There are 48 folk tourism homestays in the village, collectively able to host 150 guests simultaneously. Each individually styled courtyard provides a safe and comfortable setting for experiencing local rural culture and customs.
