Dolphin Bay Infant and Toddler Aquatic Center is a swimming facility dedicated exclusively to infants and toddlers. Before its establishment, the company’s operators had many years of experience in infant and toddler swimming services, and they jointly developed underwater exercise programs for pregnant women, infants, and children, along with supporting developmental training courses and teaching aids.

Dolphin Bay Infant and Toddler Aquatic Center aims to provide scientific aquatic education guidance for babies aged 0 to 5. With the goal of comprehensively developing each child's potential, and based on a scientific and standardized operational process, the center is committed to popularizing infant swimming. Through infant-stage, toddler-stage, and parent-child interactive models, it helps babies build a healthy, confident, independent, and joyful childhood.
